Vinny is executive director of Wellspring, Hull - in it's 33rd year.
Provides support to those facing hard times - Motto is: "A hand up not a hand out."

Recent capital campaign resulted in new education wing and upgrade to the existing building, which prompted updates to other buildings in the area. The community is enjoying renewed interest in community planning and the infrastructure in that part of town is improving considerably.
